1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies only to the Service operated by Tokshield. It does not apply to any third-party websites, wallets, exchanges, protocols, or services that you may access through or in connection with the Service.

2. Information We Collect

Tokshield is primarily designed to analyze public blockchain data. We do not require you to create an account or share sensitive personal data to use the core features of the Service.

We may collect the following categories of information:

• Technical and usage data: such as IP address, browser type and version, device information, operating system, pages viewed, time and date of visits, and other standard web log data.
• Cookies and similar technologies: anonymous identifiers used to remember preferences, measure usage, and help protect the Service from abuse.
• Public blockchain data: information available on public networks (for example, token addresses, pools, trades, liquidity, and other on-chain activity) that we read, process, and display as part of our analytics. This data is not created by Tokshield and may be permanently public.
• Information you choose to provide: such as feedback, bug reports, or other messages you voluntarily send to us through forms or channels outside the Service.

3. Cookies and Analytics

We may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies to help operate and secure the Service, remember basic preferences, and understand how the Service is used. We may also use privacy-focused analytics tools that collect aggregated or pseudonymous usage data.

5. Public Blockchain and On-Chain Data

The Service analyzes and displays information that is already public on decentralized networks (for example, the Solana blockchain and associated DeFi protocols). We do not control what is recorded on these blockchains, cannot delete or modify on-chain data, and cannot prevent others from processing the same public data.

Any association that may be made between on-chain activity and a natural person depends on external factors outside Tokshield's control. You should carefully consider your own privacy practices when interacting with public blockchains, wallets, and third-party services.

6. Sharing of Information

We aim to limit sharing of data and only do so where reasonably necessary, for example:

• With service providers that help us operate the Service (such as hosting, analytics, or security providers), under appropriate safeguards;
• When required by law, regulation, or legal process, if we are legally compelled to disclose certain information;
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of Tokshield, our users, or others, where we reasonably believe it is necessary.

We do not knowingly share personal data for the purpose of targeted advertising or to create personal marketing profiles.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect information processed through the Service from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no system can be completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of any information transmitted to or from the Service, and you use the Service at your own risk.

We retain technical and usage data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, such as operating and improving the Service, maintaining security, and complying with legal obligations where applicable. Public blockchain data is not controlled by Tokshield and may be stored indefinitely on-chain by the underlying networks.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights in relation to personal data, such as the right to access, correct, or delete information, or to object to certain types of processing. Because Tokshield is designed to limit the collection of personal data and primarily processes anonymous or aggregated technical information, we may not always be able to identify you or associate specific data with you.

You may reduce the amount of data sent to us by adjusting your browser and device settings, using privacy tools (such as ad blockers or tracker blockers), and limiting your use of third-party services linked from the Service.

10. Minors

The Service is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Service. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe that a minor has provided information to us, you should ensure that such use stops immediately.

11. No Guarantees and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tokshield does not guarantee that any information processed, stored, or transmitted in connection with the Service will always remain secure or private. You acknowledge that you share and transmit information at your own risk.

Tokshield shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from or related to unauthorized access to, use of, or alteration of any information, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will modify the “Privacy Policy” page accordingly. Your continued use of the Service after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using the Service.
